First class education is realized only by excellent groups of teachers. As part of its daily agenda, Venus will provide training for their employees. Venus will offer multilevel training for its staff. Areas of concentration include vocational education, English training, how to handle behavioral problems, and quality-oriented education. Venus staff will have the opportunity to meet with, and learn from famous professors in a multitude of areas, including education, philosophy, psychology, and language. Teachers will be given the chance to learn through art and culture. Their creativity and success will be displayed in their very own art exhibition. We hope to aid the staff at Venus at improving all aspects of self, from appearance to temperament and comprehensive qualities. In turn, this can only help strengthen Venus's culture and competitiveness.
