A good lesson should be kid- oriented and develop their ability of thinking and cognition. In class, teacher gives kids a sense of trust and makes them feel safe by expressing unconditional acceptance and love. The delicate environment and activities encourages kids to explore and create. It gives kids a joyful atmosphere to observe, think, absorb, and create. Under the theme activities, there are language, basic math, English (foreign teachers for oral English), music, dance, sports (including skating and kung fu), science, hand art, opera, etc. And there are once two weeks out of school activity, give kids an opportunity to see and experience the natural world, enrich their imagination, raise their feeling of beauty and the concern of knowledge.

Create a good foundation of the development of children's first language: Forster children's listening, encourage them to tell story, tell experience, express thoughts, join a discussion in their first language, learn some of the simple words, read some of the simple paragraphs, let them feel interested in reading and then understand it, and memorize it to enlarge the vocabulary. The Venus has been selected as experimental school of “cultivate children's ability of rending” by “China National Children's readings research committee”. Venus require that with the increasing of children's first language it's equivalent English also should be learned. The foreign teachers in Venus are rigidly selected and will offer the children not only the standard pronunciation and accent but also the body language, which will make the lesson more vivid. They will teach the kids English songs and poems to raise their interest of English, and the will to use English in daily life.
　　2 Cultivate children's creativity, imagination and study.
The imagination and creativity is the prime power of all human activity. Cultivate children's creativity is to create a successful man in the future. We use “” deigned by Dr. Zhao which melt the cultivation of creativity in every links of our teaching programs.
　　3.cultivate children's appreciation of art and the power of expression
The purpose of our kindergarten is not to turn every kid into an outstanding artist, dancer or musician. We are glad to raise kids' artistic accomplishment, let them enjoy this beautiful world in his whole life: sunshine, trees… grow to be a person of culture. We organize many outdoor/out of school activities, give kids an opportunity to experience, to enrich their inside little world. ---And learn that beauty is the most important intension.

Psychologist says that the basic custom of social behavior is formed at one's 5 or 6 years old. In Venus, under the theme activities, through opera, class reunion, birthday party, visiting the museum, nursing home, flower market and amusement center, enrich children's living experience, encourage them to face the challenge and consciously take responsibilities. And also make them learn happiness, co-operation, confidence, and friendship. Make them close to the nature, to the society, to the family and friends.
